As soon as I received the Hoover SteamVac I was anxious to test it. Firstly I vacuumed the carpet using a regular Hoover Vac and I though it did a pretty decent job, but that was until I made a pass with the Hoover SteamVac. It sucked massive amounts of dirt and the water became literally black with sediment at the bottom of the tank.
The carpet had some very ugly stains left from my 18-month old dropping drinks & food all over it. Thankfully the Hoover SteamVac removed all stains and left my carpet looking brand new.
I noticed a lot of people complained about leakage during first use, but I can tell you that there is no such thing! As long as you read and follow the instructions, you’ll see how easy to assemble and operate this machine is. I’m very pleased with this purchase and I recommend to everyone who wants a clean carpet.
